At The Retrograph, I want to make sure that everything you order arrives to you safely and quickly. Typically, domestic (U.S.) shipping runs $3.00 to $4.00 per package, with most packages over $30 receiving free shipping. Typically, international (non-U.S.) shipping runs $20.00 to $25.00 per package. In some cases, this may change but it will be made very clear in the product description and during checkout. For larger orders, I will cover any costs for insuring the package. Also, your order may arrive in more than package (for example, one directly from me and another from the tee printer).

If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to me within the first seven days. If the package arrives damaged, I will work with you to recover costs, if possible, through the USPS. If your order doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you had in mind, I will be happy to provide you with a full refund. All I ask is that you pay for the return shipping. Once the item arrives back at my shop in its originally shipped condition, I will process a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that items must be in their original condition and free of any new damage, odors, etc. Also, I cannot accept returns on custom printed and print on demand items (for example tees and posters) as they are created individually for each order placed.
